The Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBG) Laboratory at provides students with practical training in maternal and child health care. This lab is designed to help nursing students acquire the essential skills and confidence needed to care for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. The OBG Lab is equipped with anatomical models, mannequins, charts, and instruments that simulate real-life maternity and neonatal care situations. Students learn procedures such as antenatal and postnatal assessment, conducting normal deliveries, newborn care, and assisting in gynecological examinations. Through guided demonstrations and supervised practice, students gain a deep understanding of women's health, safe motherhood, and family welfare. The OBG Lab plays a vital role in preparing future nurses to provide compassionate, skilled, and evidence-based care to mothers and infants.
