Mother Vannini College of Nursing was established with 2 years P.B.B.Sc. Nursing programme in the year 2017. It emphasizes on Value Education, Intellectual and clinical training of the students so that they excel in nursing career. The college is affiliated to Dr.YSR University of Health Sciences Vijayawada, and recognized by Indian Nursing Council & Andhra Pradesh nurses and Midwives council, Vijayawada.

Admission Requirements

o Female Candidates for admission into P.B.B.sc.(Nursing)(2YDC) should have completed 17 years and should not be more than 45 years on 31st December of the year of admission.

o Candidates should possess good moral character, interest in working with people, maturity, right motivation, self-directed learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility.

o Good knowledge of English is essential since the entire course is conducted in English and the candidate must be prepared to learn Telugu the local language.

Educational Qualifications:

o GNM with 1Year Clinical Experience.

1. Attested copy of Mark List of S.S.L.C./SSC showing identity, date of birth and other particulars.

2. Attested copy of the Mark List of Intermediate /PUC/PDC Examination or its equivalent.

3. GNM Mark List, Diploma, Registration – Renewal.

4. NUID Card Copy

5. Transfer Certificate (TC)/ School Leaving Certificate from the College last attended.

6. Experience Certificates.

7. Study Certificates from 6th Standard/Class to 12th Standard /PUC/PDC/INTERMEDIATE) & GNM.

8. Migration Certificate (For Candidates who have completed their qualifying examination under Universities outside Andhra Pradesh). 

9. Community/Minority/Caste Certificate from local authorities in English.

10. Aadhar Card Copy of Student and Parents.

11. Birth Certificate or baptism certificate.

12. Certificate of Physical Fitness from a Registered (Govt.) Medical Practitioner.

13. Recent passport size photographs – 2.

14. Conduct Certificate from the parish Priest/Pastors in the case of Christians.

15. A covering letter in the candidate's own writing with the List of enclosure.
